Papier-Mache Teacup Pattern

My family loves tea and tea cups. This is a really fun project that I think would be fun to do using newspaper strips and finishing it with a clear coat or layering colored tissue paper to create a watercolor effect and then transforming a grouping into a mobile in front of a kitchen window or over the kitchen table in a breakfast nook. I'm in love :D
