Recipe: Sprouts Salad

Brussels sprouts are one of the hottest trends in food right now. No, seriously! I've seen them on the menu at a billion hip restaurants. Everyone does them differently, but the common thread is slicing them and then browning them. The crispy caramelization is a far cry from the mushy steamed Brussels I ate (and detested) as a child. This recipe from onecaketwocake is absolutely worth a try.
