Hard Boiled Eggs

Katie of GoodLifeEats has a great kitchen tip on how to make perfect easy peel hard boiled eggs.


My mom always boils them and then immediately plops them into icy cold water to immediately stop the cooking process and makes them easier to peel. For Easter, we color the eggs and then use the left-over colored water to dye paper and make patterns and designs on paper that we use later to make greeting cards or other crafts.
